In this week’s episode, I interview my good friend Phillip Brand. Phillip recently built an email list of over 2,700 people for his new brand launch in the video game accessories category.
What’s really exciting is that Phillip built this list with ZERO paid traffic! He did it running a sweepstakes contest and a few strategically-selected pieces of software.
He also was able to gather a good group of product testers and brand evangelists, as well as over 400 Facebook Messenger subscribers in ManyChat. All told, between software and the sweepstakes prize (and no paid traffic), he accomplished this while only spending about $500.
